1. Subscription Billing

StoryFlixTV offers subscription-based digital streaming services. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay AutoPay in accordance with RBI e-mandate guidelines.

By subscribing, you authorize StoryFlixTV and Razorpay to automatically debit your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

You will receive a pre-debit notification at least 24 hours before the auto-debit is processed, as per RBI regulations.


2. No Refund Policy (Digital Services)

Due to the nature of digital streaming services:

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable once successfully processed.
  • No refund will be issued for partial usage of a subscription period.
  • No refund will be provided if you forget to cancel before renewal.
  • Unused subscription time is not eligible for refund.

Once access to premium content is granted, refunds cannot be claimed.


3. Cancellation of AutoPay Mandate

You may cancel your subscription anytime by:

  • Logging into your StoryFlixTV account and disabling auto-renewal
    OR
  • Cancelling the e-mandate directly from your bank/card provider (if applicable)

Important:

  • Cancellation must be done before the next billing date.
  • If auto-debit has already been processed, the amount will not be refunded.
  • After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Eligible Refund Scenarios (Limited Cases)

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate transaction due to technical error
  • Payment deducted but subscription not activated
  • Unauthorized transaction reported within 24–48 hours

All refund requests are subject to internal verification.

StoryFlixTV reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion.


5. Failed Payments

If an auto-debit fails:

  • Your subscription may be temporarily suspended.
  • Razorpay may retry the payment as per mandate authorization.
  • Access will resume once payment is successful.

6. Processing Time (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 working days depending on the bank/payment provider.
